• Goto Google.com/adsense And Login to your adsense account.

• Now Click On Link Adsense With Google Analytics In Home.

• In the Dashboard Menu, Select User Management.

• Now You Can Add your more gmail accounts here and make them admin.
• See The Below Screenshot.

• After Adding New Gmail Account, Open Your gmail account.

• adsense will sent you Verification Link. For confirm request to manage adsense account.
